General
Once an order is placed, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the address used at the time of ordering. Additional notifications will be sent at the time of shipping and upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment by using the “ordering tracking” located in the footer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club as well as offer express checkout options utilizing PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
There is no limit to the number of items purchased per order. However, the complete order must be shipped to the same address. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, you will need to place them as separate orders.
We use the carriers USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. To do that, our team starts processing orders as soon as they are submitted. Therefore, we are unable to change items, update shipping, or cancel orders through an automated process. However, if changes are needed or you want to cancel your order within 24 hours of the transaction, please emailsales@rachelsworth.com. Processing fees may incur.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to five business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
Jewelry
Yes. You may upgrade shipping for jewelry purchases if the order is not combined with an apparel purchase. Complimentary standard shipping (3 to 4 business days) is included in all orders. At checkout, you may request express shipping (1 to 2 business days). The current charge for express shipping is $15.00.
Yes. The insurance value is based on the pricing of the jewelry.
Apparel
The overall approximate time is two weeks.
No. Standard USPS shipping is used. Packages are generally received within 5-7 business days of the shipping date.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered.
